Order processing and dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery time

Made-to-order products, has a delivery time of approximately 3-4 weeks for shirts and 5-6 weeks for jackets and trousers. During busy periods (holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping costs

Shipping in Denmark:
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping in Europe:
EUR 20€

Carriers and delivery options

We ship with trusted carriers GLS, and DHL.
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order is shipped.

International shipping

We currently ship to selected European countries. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delays or issues

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or peak periods, but we will do our best to assist if problems arise. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days.

Returns and exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
